Hello!

I am Ffion, a therapist educated and trained in the UK but now living and working in the Netherlands. I work with people who feel stuck and lost for what to do next. This could be due to fears, anxiety or long lasting sadness.

We work together to understand what is maintaining the problem then figure out how you can achieve change and ultimately help you to manage these challenges independently. I use evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to inform my practice.

Why ‘Foxglove’, what does it mean?

My name ‘Ffion’ originates from Wales, which is where I spent the majority of my childhood. Ffion is the Welsh (Celtic) word for “Foxglove”. So I wanted to name my business after the flower which gives me my own name.

I work with both adults and children but I specialise in working with children and young people aged 8-25 years old.
